Dein Aufgabenbereich bei uns:

Du verantwortest die IT-Projektleitung für Open Source Softwareentwicklungsprojekte mit dem Schwerpunkten Videoconferencing und Messaging z.B. Jitsi und Matrix Element
Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Kunden- und Projektmanagement, sowie die Koordination und Kommunikation mit Partnerunternehmen
Du überblickst das Projektbudget und bist verantwortlich für dessen Controlling
Bei Dir liegt die technische Beratung der Kunden
Du führst ein Entwicklungsteam aus Sicht des Aufgaben- und Ergebnismanagements
Gemeinsam mit dem Product Owner und den Entwickler: innen Deines Teams wirkst Du bei der technische Konzeption mit
Du übernimmst das Anforderungsmanagement und die fachliche Koordination
Mit unseren Kunden und Endanwendern gehst Du in die Anforderungsanalyse von komplexen Fachlichkeiten und überträgst diese in Produktanforderungen
Du kommunizierst in Open Source Communities z. B. erstellst und begleitest Du Pull Requests, und analysierst bestehende Features und Vorschläge

Das bringst Du mit:

Du besitzt ein technisches Verständnis für Videosysteme, dessen Standards und Architekturen?
In der Entwicklung von Open Source Software bist Du versiert?
Du bringst Erfahrung im Kunden- und Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise als Dienstleister?
Du hast Kenntnisse in der Visualisierung von Architektur- und Systemaufbauten?
Die Angebotserstellung für Bestands- und Neukunden sind kein Neuland für Dich?
Aktuelle skalierende Cloud Infrastrukturtechnologien wie K8s sind Dir ein Begriff?
Einfaches Prototyping und die Visualisierung von Konzepten machst Du nicht zum ersten Mal?
Deutsch und Englisch sprichst Du fließend und verhandlungssicher ?
Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Du hast Erfahrung mit Projekten im öffentlichen Sektor?
Du kennst Open Source Messenger Applikationen und Protokolle, idealerweise Matrix Element?

What we're looking for

A talent who enjoys actively contributing to the development of Nordeck, experiences self-organisation and simplifies work processes just as much as we do. You will manage exciting projects in the Open Source environment, focussing on video conferencing, and support the team with your experience and expertise.

Your mission:

You are responsible for the IT project management for Open Source software development projects focussing on video conferencing and messaging, e.g. Jitsi and Matrix Element
You are in charge of customer and project management as well as the coordination and communication with partner companies
You have an overview of the project budget and are responsible for its controlling
You provide technical advice to customers
You lead a development team from the perspective of task and outcome management
Together with the Product Owner and the developers in your team, you contribute to the technical conception
You take on requirement management and technical coordination
Together with our customers and users, you will analyse the demands of complex functionalities and translate them into product requirements
You communicate in Open Source communities, e.g. creating and supporting pull requests and analysing existing features and proposals

Your profile:

Do you have a technical understanding of video technologies, their standards and architectures?
Are you well experienced in the development of Open Source software?
Do you have expertise in customer and project management, ideally as a service provider?
Do you have knowledge of the architectural and technical visualisation of system structures?
You are comfortable preparing offers for existing and new customers?
Are you familiar with current scaling cloud infrastructure technologies such as K8s?
You are not new to basic prototyping and visualising concepts?
Do you speak German and English with business fluency?
A plus, but not a must: Are you experienced with projects in the public sector?
Do you have knowledge of Open Source Messenger applications and protocols, ideally Matrix Element?
