Wir suchen eine:n engagierte:n und erfahrenen DevOps Engineer, der bereit ist in die Kommunikation mit Entwickler:innen sowie Kunden und Partner zu gehen und gegenseitige Anforderungen zu klären, beziehungsweise die eigenen zu vermitteln. Als Teil unserer DevOps Crew wirst Du für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von effizienten DevOps-Praktiken und Systemarchitekturen verantwortlich sein.

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei uns:

Inbetriebnahme und Deployment-Unterstützung für interne und externe Entwicklungen im Open Source Umfeld.
Cloud Administration
Überwachung und Optimierung von Cloud Architekturen und On-Premise Systemen
Design von System Architekturen im Java, Linux und Cloud Umfeld
Unterstützung unserer Entwicklungsteams in Systemfragen, Prozessen, Deployment und Betrieb

Das bringst Du mit:

Du hast Lust auf innovative Projekte im Open Source Umfeld und mit hoher gesellschaftlicher Relevanz?
Du willst endlich Alternativen schaffen und mitgestalten, mit denen Menschen sicher, unter Wahrung ihrer persönlichen Integrität und digitalen Souveränität online arbeiten können?
Du hast Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code Konzepten, wie beispielsweise Ansible, Terraform o.ä.?
Du kennst Dich aus mit den Anforderungen aus BSI Grundschutz und OWASP?
Die Begriffe Continuous Integration und Continuous Deployment sind Dein täglich Brot?
Technologien wie Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, GitOps, DevSecOps, Ansible, Terraform, Github, Jenkins, Matrix, Jitsi sind Dir gut bekannt?
Ein starkes Verständnis für Automatisierung, Continuous Integration und Deployment ist von Vorteil.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced DevOps Engineer who is willing to communicate with developers, customers and partners to clarify mutual requirements and communicate their specific needs. As part of our DevOps crew, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of efficient DevOps practices and system architectures.

Your mission:

Commissioning and deployment support for internal and external developments in the Open Source environment
Linux system administration & cloud administration
Automation, for example of GitHub actions, AWS cloud formation and monitoring of operating processes
Monitoring and optimization of cloud architectures and on-premise systems
Design of system architectures in the Java, Linux and cloud environment
Supporting our development teams in system issues, processes, deployment and operations

Your profile:

Are you interested in innovative projects in an Open Source environment and with high social relevance?
Do you want to finally create and shape alternatives that allow people to work securely online while maintaining their personal privacy and digital independence?
Do you have experience with infrastructure as code concepts such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef or similar?
Are you familiar with the requirements of BSI basic protection and OWASP?
The concepts of continuous integration and continuous deployment are your bread and butter?
You are well versed in technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, GitOps, DevSecOps, Ansible, Terraform, OpenShift, AWS-ECS, Github, Jenkins, Shell, Matrix, Jitsi?
A strong understanding of automation, continuous integration and deployment is an advantage.
